SERVICES OFFERED

Security Officers (Armed or Unarmed):

Statewide Patrol can provide you with any number of our well-trained officers that would be necessary for the protection of your property.  A veteran field officer and management personnel will work together with you to create a custom set of Post Orders for your property.  These Post Orders are a set of mandatory duties which our officers must execute every shift.  A field supervisor will train, on-site, all officers assigned to your property.  For every work shift on your property, our officers write a Daily Officer Report (DOR).  A DOR. is a detailed account of your officer’s activities throughout his or her shift. Statewide Patrol’s officers are also ready with special forms, which supplement the DOR., and clearly bring to your attention any unusual activities on your property.  These forms include:  Incident Reports, Suspect Information Sheets, Safety Inspection/Hazard Form, Time Logs and more.

Patrol Services:

A uniformed Statewide Patrol officer arrives at your property and conducts walk through inspection lasting 15-20 minutes.  You determine the number of visits and inspections per shift.  This is not the typical security truck drive through.  Our officers inspect your property on foot and write a report for each visit.

Remote Access Web Camera & Digital Video Recorders (DVR):

Statewide Patrol, Inc. installs state-of-the art security cameras which are either hard-wired or transmit their images wireless to a desktop or notebook computer.  The system allows remote viewing and monitoring along with digital recording capabilities.  ALL THE CAMERAS IMAGES ARE DIGITALLY RECORDED ONTO THE HARD DRIVE OF THE COMPUTER.  The system is completely mainteance free and does not require the user to constantly change video tapes out, every few days, like the out-of-date analog time lapse VCRs do.

digitally recorded security camera system can be used as a stand alone system and/or to enhance both our patrol and/or standing guard service.

A Digital Video Recorder (DVR) with a number of strategically placed security cameras can be installed at a client’s location and Statewide Patrol can monitor your system remotely or you can opt to just digitally record the images the cameras see.  If Statewide Patrol personnel view an incident on the camera or a camera sends an alarm to the monitoring guard, a licensed officer is dispatched to the location immediately.  If a broadband internet access is provided on both the DVR end aswell as the remote end the cameras can be viewed remotely via the internet.

The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) is capable of operating as few as two(2) cameras or as many as sixteen(16).  In addition, Statewide Patrol, Inc. has customized solutions that can operate as many as sixty-four(64) cameras.  The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) is also capable of recording and storing live images. These images are time stamped and can be easily accessed in order to find a specific occurrence.  The system can work with a host of indoor, outdoor and infrared (night) cameras.  The cameras located at your location can also be viewed by you, using a standard Web browser from any PC in any remote location.  The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) system uses military grade encryption and a patent-pending technology security solution to offer fully secure Web images. This ensures that all images are sent safely, and more importantly securely through the Internet.  The remote viewing aspect allows Statewide to monitor your cameras up to 24 hours a day if necessary.

The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) can be customized to fit any size business with any size budget and can be purchased directly from Statewide Patrol.  Lease packages with 12, 24, 36 or 48 months with a $1 buyout are also available for customers with approved credit.

Electronic Guard Tour Systems:

Statewide Patrol, Inc. uses the Deggy® Guard Tour System that uses proven “touch-memory” technology, enabling our officers to easily record and report events and document the exact date and time of our patrol inspections.  Each patrol inspection is electronically recorded to ensure quality of service and provides our clients with consistent verification that the services were actually performed.

How the Guard Tour System Works:   Electronic Data buttons are placed in strategic locations throughout our clients sites and our patrol officers “touch” these check points at specified times during their patrol inspections.  The Deggy® Guard Tour Wand keeps an electronic record and thus provides thorough incident reporting. The wand can then be plugged into a download station and the software prints out a detailed report that can be made available to our clients on a monthly basis or upon request. The Deggy® Guard Tour System allows us to monitor patrol officer performance, measure productivity, and capture on-site data to identify operational inefficiencies, maintenance problems, security vulnerabilities, or safety concerns.

Statewide Patrol’s Guard Supervisors also carry a Deggy® Guard Tour Wand aswell.  This ensures reliable officer supervision and fully documents all our Supervisor “Post Inspections.”  This electronic documentation means that supervisors can continually monitor officers, and provide our clients with an electronic “fingerprint” record of our supervisor’s activity.

How Supervisor Post Inspections Work:  Upon arrival, the supervisor touches his or her Deggy® Guard Tour Wand to a  permanently affixed electronic button on your site to record the actual date and time of the “post inspection.”  During the “post inspection”, the Guard Supervisor will inspect your officers uniform standard, personal appearance and discuss crucial post orders.  The Guard Supervisor will also ensure that your officer is completing his/her written report and it is up-to-the-hour and legible.

At the end of the “post inspection”, the Guard Supervisor touches the electronic button again to record the elapsed time and any activities during the post inspection. The visit information then is downloaded to create the Supervisory Post Inspection Report.  Again, this report can be provided to our clients, as actual electronic proof, that your officer is being supervised daily.
